By publishing, you grant the Platform a strictly limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display and process payments for the asset — only for as long as it is published — and you can withdraw that licence at any time by unlisting the asset. B. NO AI TRAINING ON YOUR CONTENT We do not use your content — drafts, notes, prompts, published or unpublished — to train artificial-intelligence models, ours or third-party. AI features (your "Thinking Partner") run on third-party model providers under processing agreements that prohibit training on your content. C. CONFIDENTIALITY OF DRAFTS Drafts, notes and unpublished material are confidential by default. They are visible only to you. The Platform's staff does not read them, except where strictly necessary for security, fraud prevention or to comply with a legal order. D. RECIPIENTS / PROCESSORS • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payment processing & Connect payouts). • Anthropic / OpenAI / Google (AI model providers, content not used for training). • Cloud infrastructure providers used to host the Platform. International transfers, when they occur, rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. E. RGPD / LOPDGDD — SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY Users in the EU may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) in addition to the rights listed above. F. MINORS The Platform is not directed to persons under 16. G. AUTOMATED DECISIONS The Thinking Partner generates textual suggestions. It does not take decisions producing legal effects on you.
