OBJECT
The Platform is an AI-assisted publishing system. It offers a structured workspace, a Thinking Partner (AI assistant), a Publishing Studio and a Market for self-published intellectual assets, with payments processed by Stripe and royalties paid via Stripe Connect.
USER-GENERATED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content created by users — drafts, notes, frameworks, manuscripts and published systems — remains the exclusive property of its author. The Platform never acquires authorship, co-authorship or any moral right over it.
LICENCE GRANTED TO THE PLATFORM
By publishing an asset on the Market, the author grants the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing licence — limited to hosting, displaying and selling the asset — strictly for as long as the asset remains published.
COPYRIGHT WITHDRAWAL
Authors may withdraw any of their assets from sale at any time by unlisting them in the Publishing Studio. Once unlisted, the licence above terminates and the Platform stops displaying or selling the asset. Buyers who already paid retain their personal copy. Authors may also request full deletion at hello@usecogna.com and we will remove the asset within 30 days.
LIABILITY (LSSI-CE)
The Platform acts as an information-society service provider and as a marketplace intermediary for user-published assets. Content published by users reflects only the author's opinions, not those of the Platform. The Platform is not liable for decisions users take based on AI-generated suggestions.
APPLICABLE LAW
Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's residence (consumers) or of Madrid (businesses).
